Professional videography ensures that you will be able to enjoy reliving your special day again and again. While it is true that you can save some money by having a friend or relative videotape your wedding, professional videography has many significant benefits. One benefit is that professional videographers often have higher quality equipment. You will receive professional grade taping and post-production usually with state of the art equipment. Additionally, professional videographers have much more experience capturing your unique day. We know what to look for and how to capture it. Finally, friends and relatives want to be part of your day. They don't want to be working while everyone else is having a party. Professional videography allows you to have a high quality video tape or DVD documenting your special day.

We use broadcast quality 3 chip digital video cameras. During the wedding ceremony we use a professional grade UHF wireless microphone that transmits to one of our cameras to clearly capture the vows. All footage is digitally edited, so everything stays digital until the final output to VHS. (Everything stays digital on DVD.)

How long will it take to get the videos and DVDs?

It generally takes two to three weeks following your wedding day to complete the final product. If it will take longer, we will let you know as soon as possible.

How do I hire G & G Videography?

Give us a call or email us and we'll see if we are available for your date. We only schedule one event per day. If you have called and expressed interest in our services, we will pencil you in. To hire us, all you have to do is send a check for the deposit (generally a third of the total). We will not accept any other jobs for that day.

What are the payment options?

One third of the total is due as a deposit (see above). One third of the total is then due anytime up to one week before the event. The final third is due at the time you pick up your tapes and DVDs. If you would like to make different arrangements, we will be happy to work with you and discuss possible alternatives.

Does G & G Videography have any hourly fees or other "hidden" charges?

No. The total on your invoice is the final total. There are no hourly fees or other charges. Your invoice will spell out the specific package you are purchasing and any other services you have purchased. There will be no surprises.
